Founded in 1997 by Daren Fletcher, Posture Dynamics specialises in working with patients with posture and injuries using a wide range of therapies including Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Sports Massage and Pilates.

The Circumstances

With a number of practitioners and three locations, the Posture Dynamics Team needed efficient and flexible telephone answering and appointment making services.

Having used a telephone answering company previously, Daren was particularly keen to find a telephone and appointment handling company that offered extended hours, as the clinics are often open until 8.00pm at night and a service that guaranteed to answer the phone quickly within just a few rings

Offering extended hours and weekend telephone answering services, the Clinic Diary services were of particular interest to Daren.

After some initial service training, and the allocation of a dedicated Clinic Diary team, staff are able to act as an extension of the Posture Dynamics business.
