The Old Forge Complementary Clinic has Gained more Clients by Using the Clinic Diary Services

The Client

Steven Aronson is registered with the McTimoney Chiropractic Association and with the General Chiropractic Council.

He founded the Old Forge Complementary Clinic at the beginning of 2003. He runs two practices, one in Milton, the other in Audley End.

The McTimoney method is a gentle, holistic form of Chiropractic.

McTimoney chiropractors use only their hands to make adjustments to the bones of your body. The key to the success of the adjustments is in the speed, dexterity and accuracy with which they are performed.

The Circumstances

Steven was concerned that when current or indeed new clients called it was likely that they would be in pain and it was important to have some one to answer the phone in a caring and professional manner.

As more often than not he was in session with a patient, focusing on their needs, Steven found it impossible to handle telephone calls and appointment making at the same time as seeing his patients.

The Solution

Having researched the options Steven approached Clinic Diary. He was looking for a comprehensive telephone answering and appointment making service which would be flexible and professional and of course more economical than employing a receptionist full time.

The Results

The Clinic Diary Team has been handling the Old Forge Complementary Clinic calls since June 2005.
