We can provide you with your own secure Internet Diary system. We will take your calls, book appointments and enter them into your personal diary allowing you to view any appointments in real time. Equally you can make your own appointments without the risk of entering any double bookings.
Private Practice Software
Equally our team of clinic appointment advisors are fully trained in the specialist clinic management application Private Practice Software – once again this can be fully networked allowing everyone to view appointments as they are made.
There are also other bespoke management applications such as TM2 and ClinicOffice which can be used remotely, we will be very happy to talk to you if you already use another application.
Supporting your receptionist and extending your clinics’ hours
A number of our existing clients employ part-time staff to help cover the telephone and we simply provide backup and support their existing receptionists.
